QR Codes for Events
Connect posters, tickets, badges and signage to the pages you already run — registration forms, the programme, venue directions and post-event feedback. Dynamic codes let you re-target the same printed code as the event moves from sign-up to follow-up.
How to create it
- Step 1
Decide what each code should open
Registration form, programme, venue and travel details, speaker list, or a feedback form.
- Step 2
Create one code per placement
Separate codes for posters, tickets, badges and signage let you compare which placement gets scanned.
- Step 3
Brand and place them
Use your event colours and logo, add a short instruction like “Scan for the programme”, and export SVG for print.
- Step 4
Re-target as the event progresses
Point the code at registration before the event, the live programme during it, and the feedback form afterwards.

Good to know
- QRPogo creates, redirects and tracks the codes — registration forms, programmes and surveys stay on the tools you already use.
- Ticket validation and check-in scanning are not part of QRPogo.
- Print a short human-readable fallback URL next to the code for people who cannot scan.

Frequently asked questions
- Does QRPogo host registration forms or event pages?
- No. QRPogo generates the codes and handles the redirect and analytics; your registration form, programme and feedback survey stay with your existing provider.
- Can one printed code be used for several stages of the event?
- Yes, with a dynamic code. Point it at registration first, the programme during the event and a feedback form afterwards — the printed pattern never changes.
- How many codes should an event use?
- One per placement or purpose. That keeps the analytics readable: you can see whether posters, badges or signage drove the scans.
- Can I see where attendees scanned from?
- You see country, device, operating system, browser and referrer per scan. QRPogo deliberately does not store IP addresses or precise locations.
- Can I check tickets at the door with it?
- No. QRPogo is not a ticket-validation system — use your ticketing provider's scanner for entry control.
